Annual or semiannual wellness checkups, depending on age, are very important for your pet. Remember, one year of your pet's life comprises a much larger percentage of their lifespan than it does for us and much more can change in one year. A complete tip of the nose to tip of the tail exam is done which is communicated both verbally and in writing. All intructions are in writing. Vaccinations, heartworm testing for dogs, intestinal parasite testing, feline leukemia virus testing for cats, urinalysis, urine e.r.d. screens, and senior laboratory screens for older pets are recommended.
