Just For Paws (JFP) is a well-equipped veterinary hospital with all the modern equipment to help benefit your pet. With our in house Hemavet CBC and VetTest 8008/Vetlyte blood chemistry machines, Dr. Georgiades can know within minutes what is going on with the organs of your sick pet. It can also be used for preanesthetic profiles before a surgical procedure. For specialized tests, JFP uses outside professional veterinary laboratories. Our new Gendex x-ray machine and AGFA processor produce quality x-rays quickly to help with the most difficult diagnosis.

Many types of surgery can be performed in house, from a simple tumor removal to a torn ACL (knee ligament) repair. Exotic surgery is made easier by the use of an Ellman Radiosurgery unit. A nurse and our new MiniMax monitoring system monitor all patients. This compact unit can simultaneously take the patient's temperature, EKG, blood pressure, respirations, and measure the oxygen content of the patient's blood.

JFP is certified by the American Animal Hospital Association. As an AAHA-accredited hospital we must meet the AAHA's standards for hospital services and facilities.

We are proud to be an AAHA-accredited hospital. Not only do we meet the association's standards, we exceed them! Our staff are required to attend continuing education courses to maintain their credentials. And to give back, JFP allows students from local veterinary technician programs to get hands-on experience during their studies through internship at the our facility.
